LEARNING EXPEDITION – Terrassa / Barcelona
AEI Tèxtils welcomes you in Barcelona region to discover the state of the art advanced textile materials made in Catalonia together with its highly dynamic innovation ecosystem.
You will have inspiring visits to manufacturing companies from the different value chain stages of advanced textile materials for different sectors, from industrial applications to personal protection equipment to smart textiles. You will see the different processes from yarn to fabric and end products. On top of that, you will also have tours in the UPC University and LEITAT technological center to discover the innovation ecosystem.
You will also have plenty of chances for networking, the first day with members from AEI Tèxtils and the Catalan innovation ecosystem, while on the second day you will be able to meet participants in the final of the second GALACTICA hackathon.

Do you want financial support to participate?
You can get 650€ if you are traveling from outside Spain or 500€ if you are within Spain (at least 300km away from Terrassa).
Travel vouchers are open to SMEs from EU27 or UK from textile, aerospace or advanced manufacturing sectors.
